• The Short

    Born in the Highlands of Scotland, Lisa grew up surrounded by incredible scenery and unpredictable weather.

    She now lives in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband, Chris, their two daughters. The scenery in Arizona is spectacularly different to Scotland but the weather is more predictable.

    She is the Founder and CEO of The Highland Cleaning Company.

  • The Long

    Lisa Campbell is an accomplished entrepreneur, business leader and professional cleaning consultant.

    Started her career in optics with Grand Vision, a European Retail Optical chain, eventually promoted to Regional Support and Development Manager for UK & Ireland.

    Supported over 200 optical stores, developing and then training new optical franchise owners preparing them for success.

    2007 moved to Arizona and diversified into the cleaning industry by purchasing a maid cleaning franchise. Successfully grew and sold this business, and in 2010 returned to Scotland.

    In 2017 Lisa founded The Highland Cleaning Company in Scottsdale, AZ.

    2023 brought the next ambitious milestone: to teach and inspire others to be successful and make the Highland Cleaning Company a franchise across the USA.

    2024 Highland Cleaning Company Franchise goes live and the next step of the journey continues.

    We had a deep cleaning done to vacation home that had been vacant for a while. The place looked great upon arrival. Chris is always so friendly and easy to work with. Thanks to the cleaners who work so hard to make it beautiful for us.
