In 2017 we moved from Scotland seeking a better life for our two daughters — one filled with more time outdoors, strong family connections, and the opportunity to build a business grounded in care and community.
Drawing on years of experience in customer service and training, we started Highland Cleaning Company with a passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service.
Our goal is simple: to provide quality cleaning with clear communication and a personal touch.

Chris Campbell
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Leading our day-to-day operations and client services.
He leads the strategic direction, financial planning, and daily management of the business. From client scheduling to service delivery, Chris ensures everything runs efficiently and meets the highest standards.
His focus on communication, organization, and quality underpins the company’s reputation for reliable, customer-focused service.
Lesley — Housekeeping Manager
Lesley has been with Highland Cleaning Company for over 7 years and is intimately familiar with all of our homes and the standards we uphold. She is the go-to person for the team, ensuring consistency and excellence in every clean.
